pervaded by a brilliant white light. Imagine this light healing and cleansing the chakra of negativity; opening it, and restoring it to
its proper functioning. Visualize light and love in the chakra, allowing it to open harmoniously, and the energy to flow through.
Picture the light transforming into the chakra color: energized, balanced and filled with love.
