What exactly are Birth Beads??
Originally, Birth Beads began as a visual and tactile focal point for use in birthing. They have evolved into much more.

How soon will my order be filled?
We strive to fill your order as soon as possible. Orders are generally filled within 2-4 working days of receipt of payment.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship most packages via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on your location, your package should arrive within 2-3
working days. Please allow additional time during holiday or extreme weather conditions.
Can my order be sent via Next Day Air?
If you require your package to be shipped Next Day Air, please notify us when ordering in the "Notes" section. We will
email you a supplemental bill for additional shipping charges.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes: We apologize that the shipping charges on our web site calculates for US shipping only. We will gladly ship your item
internationally, but will need to bill you for the additional shipping. Order via the Paypal buttons on any of the product
pages. Once we have received your order, you will receive an email within 24 hours (usually much less!) with the additional
shipping charges. Once we have received your payment for additional shipping, your order will be processed.
How do I pick the "right" Chakra piece for me?
An excellent and often asked question. You may wish to pick a product based on a particular issue or challenge you are
facing at this time in your life, such as financial issues, fertility, etc. Go to the Chakra link to read what each chakra is related
to. Another equally good way to pick a product is by instinct: What color or product are you drawn to? Don't question
yourself or ask "why", trust your "gut", or the instinct that we each have inside of us.
Do you have a store front?
No, we are an Internet based business only. However, occasionally we will attend special events and faires in the Bay Area.
Additionally, BirthBeads and Chakra Beads are carried at select retail locations. Please see RETAIL locations to find
a store near you.
Do you sell Wholesale?
Yes. I f you are interested in adding BirthBeads or ChakraBeads products to your location, please email us or call
(408) 515-5149. WHOLESALE information is available with valid retail license, $100.00 minimum order.
Consignment arrangements also available.
